Board of Directors

The Board meets to review operations and determine its areas of on-going activity about 6-8 times during the year.

Composition of the Board is derived from the company membership, split between air and sea freight-related organisations and individuals, and includes both service users and providers as well as one ministerial nomination (by the Tasmanian Government Minister responsible for transport matters).
